Terms and Conditions of Service

1.1 Provider identification

1.2 Purpose

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C" or "Terms") govern access to and use of the Relevante.IA platform, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for AI Readiness and Search Relevance Optimization (SRO) that helps companies optimize their visibility in AI-based search engines, available at relevanteia.com, app.relevanteia.com and its subdomains.

1.3 Acceptance

By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you declare that:

• You have read, understood, and accept these Terms in their entirety.
• You have legal capacity to contract (over 18 years of age).
• You act on your own behalf or have valid authorization to bind the company you represent.
• You accept our Privacy Policy (available at relevanteia.com/legal/privacidad).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2.1 Main features

The Relevante.IA Platform offers the following features:

Module 1 — Web SRO Diagnosis (Internal Audit)

• Automated analysis of up to 50 pages of the user's website.
• Evaluation of AI search engine readiness across 5 layers: technical eligibility, macrosemantics, microsemantics, E-E-A-T, and query semantics.
• Generation of SRO score (0-100), gap identification, and recommendations.
• PDF downloadable reports.

Module 2 — External Presence (Trust Calibration)

• Analysis of Knowledge Graph, brand mentions, backlinks, and authority.
• Evaluation of presence in directories and social profiles.
• Trust Profile with 6 components and niche-adjusted scoring.

Module 3 — AI Visibility (AI Citation)

• Monitoring of appearance in AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Visibility rankings by discovery and recommendation queries.
• Citation funnel diagnosis across 4 stages.

Additional features

• Prioritized action plan in 3 phases / 12 weeks with progressive unlock.
• SRO-optimized content generation (limits vary by plan).
• WordPress integration (page read/write, Elementor support).
• Google Search Console integration (metrics, URL inspection, indexing).
• Bing Webmaster Tools integration (metrics, top queries, URL submission).
• Shopify integration (pending Shopify Partners approval).
• Automatic weekly monitoring with pattern detection and alerts.
• Shareable reports via link.
• Integrated AI chat assistant for queries about business analysis.

2.2 Service limitations

• One business per account: each user account is limited to a single business/website.
• Public data: analyses are based on publicly accessible information (except for expressly authorized integrations such as WordPress, GSC, and Bing).
• Third-party dependency: some features depend on external APIs (DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity, Gemini, Google, Firecrawl, SerpAPI, Stripe) whose availability we do not control.
• Results not guaranteed: analyses and recommendations are advisory. We do not guarantee specific positioning, visibility, or AI citation results.
• Generation limits vary by plan (see Section 5).

2.3 Free Audit (Widget)

We offer a free audit service accessible without registration through a widget embeddable on third-party websites. This service analyzes up to 15 pages, is limited to 1 audit per IP address per day, shows partial results (score, 5 layers, 5 main gaps), and is governed by the Privacy Policy regarding data processing.

3.1 Registration requirements

To use the Platform you must:

• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Use a valid email address.
• Create a secure password and keep it confidential.
• Be over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to contract.
• Select the account language (Spanish, English, French, or German). This selection is permanent.

3.2 Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activities performed from your account, and for immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use at contacto@relevanteia.com. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.

3.3 Truthfulness of business data

When registering your business, you declare that:

• You are the owner, legal representative, or have express authorization to manage the digital presence of the indicated business.
• The provided URL corresponds to a legitimate website over which you have control.
• The business information is correct and up-to-date.

4.1 Trial conditions

Relevante.IA offers a free trial period of 7 natural days under the following conditions:

• A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required to activate the trial.
• During the 7-day trial, you have full access to all features of the contracted plan.
• You may cancel the trial at any time before the 7 days end at no cost.
• No charges will be made during the trial period.

4.2 End of trial

At the end of the 7-day trial, if you have not canceled, your monthly subscription will be automatically activated at the current price (see Section 5) and the first charge will be made to the provided payment method.

You will receive an email notification before the trial period ends reminding you of the first charge date.

Relevante.IA offers three subscription plans. All prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT. Full features and updated technical limits are available at relevanteia.com.

5.4 Taxes

The indicated prices do not include VAT or other applicable taxes. The final amount will be calculated at the time of payment according to the tax regulations in force in your jurisdiction. For intra-community customers with a valid VAT ID, reverse charge will apply in accordance with EU rules.

5.5 Price modification

We reserve the right to modify prices. Any price change will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email, will not affect the current billing period, and will give you the right to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect without any penalty.

6.1 Payment methods

Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment platform. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods available in Stripe depending on your geographic location. Relevante.IA does not store complete credit card data.

6.2 Billing cycle

The subscription is billed monthly or annually in advance according to the chosen plan. The cycle begins on the activation date (at the end of the trial or upon direct subscription) and renews automatically. You will receive an invoice by email after each charge.

6.3 Payment failures

In case of charge failure: we will make up to 3 charge attempts in the following days and will notify you by email. If the payment is not resolved within 7 natural days, access to the Platform may be suspended. After 14 natural days without payment, the account may be permanently canceled.

6.4 Refund policy

Given the digital nature of the service and the immediate consumption of computational resources (AI-based analysis, scraping, external API queries):

• If you cancel during the 7-day free trial period: you will not be charged.
• Once a charge has been made: no refunds are offered for the started period, as computational resources are consumed immediately and irreversibly.
• If you cancel during an already paid active period: you will retain full access to the Platform until the end of the current billing period.

No commitment: you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, without penalty or additional costs.

This article applies to consumers and users under Directive 2011/83/EU and its transposition into national legislations of Member States.

7.1 General period

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 natural days from the date of contracting, without justification.

7.2 Waiver of the right of withdrawal

However, in accordance with Article 16.m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and its equivalent in Spanish legislation, article 103.m of TRLGDCU; in French, article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation; and in German, §356 (5) BGB): when activating your account (starting the trial period or subscription), you will be asked to expressly accept that the service begins immediately and that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal.

This acceptance is materialized through a specific checkbox during the payment process with the following text: "I accept that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has begun to be provided." If you do not check this checkbox, the service will not be activated until the 14-day withdrawal period has elapsed.

7.3 Confirmation

After contracting, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the service start date, confirmation of your express waiver of the right of withdrawal (if granted), the details of the contracted plan, price and date of the first charge, and cancellation instructions.

8.1 Cancellation by the user

You can cancel your subscription at any time, without commitment or penalty, from the "Plan" section in your dashboard (which redirects to the Stripe Customer Portal) or by sending an email to contacto@relevanteia.com. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period and does not generate a right to a refund for the already started period (see Section 6.4).

8.2 Cancellation by Relevante.IA

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if:

• You violate these Terms repeatedly or seriously.
• You use the service fraudulently, abusively, or contrary to good faith.
• You do not pay the fees within the established deadlines (see Section 6.3).
• Your conduct harms other users, the Platform, or external service providers.

In case of cancellation for reasons attributable to the user, no right to a refund will be generated.

8.3 Effects of cancellation

After cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of the paid billing period.
• You may request export of your data (in JSON format) before your access expires.
• Integration credentials (WordPress, GSC, Bing) will be deleted immediately.
• Data will be retained according to the periods established in the Privacy Policy.

9.1 Permitted uses

The Platform is intended exclusively for:

• Analyzing and optimizing the digital presence of legitimate businesses of which the user is the owner or authorized representative.
• Generating content to improve visibility in AI search engines.
• Monitoring the evolution of business positioning.
• Managing business web pages through available integrations.

9.2 Prohibited uses

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Registering businesses of which you are not the owner or authorized representative.
• Using the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or bad-faith activities.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts, data, or analyses.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or extracting source code from the Platform.
• Using unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automations against the Platform.
• Intentionally overloading servers, APIs, or job queues.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the service or its results without written authorization.
• Using generated content for spam, misinformation, manipulation, or any purpose that violates third-party rights.
• Attempting to circumvent the usage limits of the contracted plan.

9.3 Consequences of misuse

Failure to comply with acceptable use rules may result in: formal warning, temporary service suspension, permanent account cancellation without refund, and/or legal action where appropriate.

10.1 Platform ownership

Relevante.IA SL owns or licenses all intellectual and industrial property rights over:

• The software, source code, architecture, algorithms, and scoring systems of the Platform.
• The "Relevante.IA" brand, logos, and associated graphic elements.
• The SRO (Search Relevance Optimization) framework and methodology, including the 5-layer model and 12-niche system.
• Documentation, texts, proprietary content, and SRO training materials.

10.2 License of use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms while your subscription is active.

10.3 User content

You retain ownership of your business data and the content of your website. You grant us a limited and revocable license to process such data for the sole purpose of providing the contracted service. Content generated by AI at your request is your property for commercial use, without restrictions.

11.1 WordPress integration

The WordPress integration requires the installation of a custom PHP plugin and the generation of an Application Password in WordPress. By connecting your WordPress:

• You authorize Relevante.IA to read and write pages and posts on your WordPress site via the REST API.
• Credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM on our infrastructure.
• Before any modification, a snapshot of the previous state is saved to allow full rollback.
• You can disconnect the integration at any time, which will immediately delete the stored credentials.
• Relevante.IA is not responsible for conflicts with other plugins, themes, or WordPress site configurations.

11.2 Google Search Console integration

The Google Search Console integration is carried out via Google OAuth 2.0. By connecting:

• You authorize Relevante.IA to access the performance metrics, URL inspection, sitemaps, and indexing of your Search Console property.
• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
• You can revoke access at any time from the Platform or from your Google account.

11.3 Bing Webmaster Tools integration

The Bing Webmaster Tools integration is done via an API key provided by the user. By connecting: you authorize Relevante.IA to access performance metrics, top queries, top pages, URL submission for indexing, and sitemap management of your Bing property. The API key is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. You can disconnect the integration and delete the stored API key at any time from the Platform.

11.4 Shopify integration (pending)

The Shopify integration will be done via Shopify OAuth 2.0 and is pending approval by Shopify Partners. Upon connection: you will authorize Relevante.IA to read and modify pages, products, and articles of your Shopify store via the Admin REST API. Access tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. You can disconnect the integration at any time. Relevante.IA does not access customer data, orders, or payment information from your Shopify store.

We consider confidential:

• Your business data, analyses performed, scores, and recommendations.
• Access and integration credentials.
• Any information marked as confidential.

We commit not to disclose your confidential information to unauthorized third parties (except for the data processors listed in the Privacy Policy), to use adequate security measures to protect it, and to limit internal access to personnel who need it to provide the service.

We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance (notified with reasonable notice), Platform updates, unforeseen technical failures, or force majeure events beyond our control.

The Platform depends on external providers (Supabase, DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, Stripe, Firecrawl, SerpAPI, Railway). We are not responsible for interruptions caused by the unavailability of these third-party services.

We offer email support at contacto@relevanteia.com. We commit to responding within a reasonable time during business days (Monday to Friday, CET/CEST time).

14.1 Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, specific positioning or AI visibility results, and complete accuracy of SRO analyses or scores.

14.2 Damage limitation

Under no circumstances will we be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, reputation, or business.
• Damages arising from modifications made to the user's website through the WordPress integration, except in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
• Damages caused by the unavailability of third-party services.
• Business decisions made based on Platform scores or recommendations.

14.3 Maximum limit

Our total cumulative liability to you, for any reason, will not exceed the amount you have paid to Relevante.IA in the 12 months prior to the event that gave rise to the claim.

The above limitations will not apply in cases where applicable mandatory law does not allow their exclusion or limitation, including cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be published on the Platform, notified by email at least 30 days in advance for substantial changes (price modifications, service scope, liability limitations) and at least 15 days for non-substantial changes.

Continued use of the Platform after modifications take effect implies acceptance. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you may cancel your subscription without penalty before they take effect.

17.1 Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence that may be more favorable.

17.2 Dispute resolution

For any dispute arising from these Terms:

• We will attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through amicable negotiation within a period of 30 days.
• If no agreement is reached, the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain) will have jurisdiction.

17.3 Consumer protection

Mandatory clause: if you act as a consumer under the consumer protection regulations of your country of residence (including, among others, TRLGDCU in Spain, the Code de la consommation in France, the BGB in Germany, the KSchG in Austria, or the OR in Switzerland), the jurisdiction and applicable law clauses of this section will not affect the rights that correspond to you as such. In particular:

• You may bring legal actions before the courts of your domicile, in accordance with Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).
• The mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence will apply when more favorable.

These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in accordance with applicable Spanish legislation, including Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, and taking into account the mandatory provisions of the Code de la consommation (France), BGB and TMG (Germany), KSchG (Austria), and OR (Switzerland).
